Liverpool are reportedly ready to offer €45million to sign Arnaut Danjuma from Villarreal.
Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah will be unavailable to Jurgen Klopp and Pep Lijnders for the month of January due to their participation at AFCON.
Meanwhile, Takumi Minamino is on his way back from injury but Roberto Firmino is out with COVID-19 and Divock Origi is sidelined with injury.
According to Spanish news outlet, it’s “a wish from Klopp” to see Danjuma recruited this month to cope with the lack of attackers and the Reds have prepared an offer of €45million to convince Villarreal to part ways with him.
The Yellow Submarine will not want to let him leave as they face Juventus in the Champions League Round of 16 in late February and unlike in previous years, the Italians aren’t as strong.
Danjuma has scored 4 goals and assisted another for his new team this season.
