Liverpool handed boost in Ousseynou Ba chase
Liverpool have been linked with a move for centre-back Ousseynou Ba. According to reports, he was supposedly recommended by Senegalese compatriot Sadio Mane.
The Reds could now have been handed a boost in their pursuit. The 6ft 4in star of Olympiakos, was on Arsenal's radar but HITC say Greek outlet FOS Online reckon he's only the Gunners' fourth or even fifth choice.
A €20million (£18million) price tag would be enough to seal a deal with his current employers wanted considerably more for a transfer fee.
Ba joined Olympiacos from Gazelec Ajaccio last summer. He has shown impressive performances in his 18 first-team appearances this season.
