Liverpool defender Virgil van Dijk has confirmed that he will attend the Ballon D'Or ceremony on Monday, December 2 at Théâtre du Châtelet, Paris, France. Ahead of the ceremony, Van Dijk revealed his thoughts on the award. The defender said: "I am going to have a look at what it is about. I think there are no losers on that evening. "I am very proud to be in that bracket, to be in there for the way I performed with the team last year and also with the country.
