Lionel Messi won the Best Men's Player award yesterday in Milan, Italy by having been nominated along with Virgil van Dijk and Cristiano Ronaldo. After the ceremony, Messi was asked about his rivalry with former Real Madrid star as he revealed that it is purely professional. "People think that the rivalry goes beyond football, but it doesn't," said Messi while speaking to FIFA. "We both want what's best for our teams and neither of us like losing. It's something we don't accept. That's why there's that competitiveness between us.
