RB Leipzig sporting director Markus Krosche says there aren’t any new updates on Timo Werner’s future.  Sky Sports have earlier reported that Liverpool have agreed a deal with the German international. As things stand, the decision is up to the Merseyside club. If they pay the £52 mln release clause for the player, then Werner will join Reds this summer.  “There have been no enquiries, and Timo didn’t contact us either,” Krosche told reporters (cited by Metro) “These rumours have been around for weeks. As of now, there is nothing new.”  Earlier, RB Leipzig chief executive Oliver Mintzlaff has spoken out on Timo Werner’s situation at the club as the rumors linking the player with Liverpool continue. Bayern Munich have also reportedly shown an interest in the Leipzig star. Amid the links, Mintzlaff told Sky Germany: “I’m deeply relaxed about Werner. “He hasn’t signalled yet that he wants to leave at the end of the season and he doesn’t have to. “He has a contract until 2023.”
