Le Parisien: Kalidou Koulibaly makes decision over Manchester City transfer

Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has made a decision over his transfer to Manchester City, according to Le Parisien. The Senegal international has been linked with the move to Etihad for the summer transfer window, though the two sides haven't yet reached an agreement over the transfer fee. Meanwhile, PSG have cooled down their interest in the player due to financial problems, while Liverpool are trying to convince the defender to join Jurgen Klopp's side via Koulibaly's international teammate, Sadio Mane. However, the report claims that the 29-year-old wants to join City and has already agreed to a provisional contract agreement.
