Kevin De Bruyne has joined up with the Belgium squad ahead of their EURO 2020 campaign. The Manchester City star, who won the PFA Player’s player of the year award on Sunday for the second year in a row, suffered an injury during the Champions League final defeat to Chelsea.
De Bruyne suffered a facial injury after a collision with Antonio Rudiger and underwent surgery. It remains to be seen whether the City star will be involved in Belgium’s first EURO game against Russia on June 12.
Taking to Instagram, De Bruyne posted a picture with a caption: “What’s up Belgium!”
