Kevin De Bruyne has taken to Twitter to provide an update on his injury which he suffered during the Champions League final against Chelsea. City suffered a 1-0 defeat as Kai Havertz scored the only goal of the game and helped the Blues to celebrate the victory.
During the second half, after a collision with Antonio Rudiger, De Bruyne was forced off with a black eye as he was replaced by Gabriel Jesus.
De Bruyne has now provided an update as he wrote: "Hi guys just got back from the hospital. My diagnosis is Acute nose bone fracture and left orbital fracture. I feel okay now. Still disappointed about yesterday obviously but we will be back."
