Kevin De Bruyne breaks Premier League assist record: The 5 fastest players to reach 50 assists

Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne has become the fastest player in Premier League history to register 50 assists in the competition. The Belgian playmaker brought up the landmark with an unexpected set-up for Sergio Aguero during this afternoon's match against Bournemouth. De Bruyne has now created 50 assists in just 123 Premier League games, comfortably quicker than previous record-holder Mesut Ozil, who took 141 outings to reach the milestone.
