Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is confident transfer window can solve Manchester United's problems.
The Red Devils suffered their seventh defeat in the last nine games and on Wednesday, it was a derby clash with Manchester City.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men lost to the Blue part of the City with a 2-0 score.
After the victory, City returned to the top of the Premier League, a point above Liverpool.
Wednesday's game was the only time when Liverpool players, managers and fans supported long-time rivals United.
The Reds boss was asked how he dealt with arriving at Liverpool mid-season just like Solskjaer and he referenced to Wednesday's result.
"They never helped us, why should we help them?" said Klopp with a smile. "You have to find your own solutions! No, he needs time. I need time, he needs time.
"You cannot perform wonders, none of us can do that. It is quite a competitive league. I don't think you'll find a lot of people speaking too positively about me when I came here in October if we didn't have a good ride in the Europa League. We all have to try our best and work every day. In the end, I think the financial power of United is big enough to sort the problems."
