Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has shut down any talk of Dele Alli leaving the club this summer. Alli was a regular starter under Mourinho when the Portuguese took over at Tottenham back in November. The England international looked to be finding his best form under Mourinho. But he barely featured in Mourinho's side in the restart as Tottenham went on to secure a place in this season's Europa League. Mourinho has poured cold water on rumours linking Alli with a move away from the club, however, the Tottenham boss has challenged him to force his way back into the team. "[Yes] I see him staying," he said. "There is a tendency now that when a player performs or doesn't perform to give responsibilities to coach because they gave him the right stick or didn't. I always feel that 99% of the responsibility is the player. I, and the staff who work with the player, have 1%."
