Jose Mourinho given transfer assurances as Tottenham eye hotshot winger

Tottenham interest in FC Porto winger Luis Diaz, who scored 12 goals in his first campaign on European borders. Spurs endured an underwhelming campaign this season, but finished strongly to secure Europa League qualification. Jose Mourinho has been handed a transfer boost from up above nevertheless.
