Jose Mourinho considers Man Utd transfer raid as Ed Woodward sets £15m asking price

Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is considering a move for Nemanja Matic after Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward set an asking price of  £15million for the midfielder. Mourinho would be taken to reunite with Matic after their time together at Chelsea and United, according to  Metro. The Serbia international has fallen out of favour at Old Trafford as he has only made five appearances this season under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. Matic’s contract runs out in June and could leave for free at the end of the season with a number of suitors lining up for his signatures, such as Juventus and Inter Milan. According to The Sun, United will look to get some funds back when the transfer window reopens in January as they splashed £40m to sign him from Chelsea in 2017.
