Jordan Henderson speaks on eight-point lead ahead of Crystal Palace game

Liverpool are preparing to play an away Premier League game against Crystal Palace on November 23 after the international break. Currently the Reds are leading the league table with 34 points, 8 points ahead of 2nd and 3rd placed Leicester City and Chelsea. Ahead of Palace game, Liverpool captain Jordan Henderson has revealed that the Reds made a good start but there is still a long way to go, while speaking about the eight-point lead. Speaking exclusively with Liverpoolfc.com, Henderson said: “Look, we know we’ve made a good start and we’re in a good position, but we also know there’s still a long, long way to go and we won’t be carried away. “Focusing on the next game, the next job, has served us well so for, so why should we change from that? All we’re looking at now is Crystal Palace and nothing else. “The same as we do for every game – we stay focused on what we need to do.”
