Chelsea legend John Terry has revealed how the squad was shocked to hear Carlo Ancelotti was sacked.  It was 2011, the last match-day of 2010/11 season, when Chelsea travelled to Goodison Park.  Ancelotti, who won the Premier League title with the Blues in the previous campaign, told the players in the bus that he’s sacked.  The players immediately organized a night out for the Italian, who is now working at the Goodison Park.  “I’d say Ancelotti.” Terry said when asked to name a manager he would prefer to stay in lockdown with (cited by the LiverpoolECHO).  "He just a really good way about him” “Even when he got sacked we were sitting on the bus on the way home and said ‘I’ve just had a call, I’m sacked’. "So we said ‘no way! "'Right when we get back to London we’re taking you for a night out’. "He talks about it now, how everyone turned up to show him what he meant to us all, he had a great rapport with the lads.” former Blues captain added.  Ancelotti took charge of Everton in December of 2019. He started in an incredible way, winning 5 matches of 8. The Premier League table in that period was a joy for Everton fans, who watched their team to be in second place.  Toffees faced a tough period before the coronavirus pandemic cancelled the sporting events.  2 defeat and a draw in three matches, against Arsenal, Manchester United and Chelsea.  And in case the season restarts, Everton will face Wolverhampton at Molineux.
