Arsenal are arguably one of the biggest clubs in the world and have a huge fanbase. The north London based club have a massive following since its founding in 1886.

Beloved Sherlock actor Benedict Cumberbatch is a big football fan. The Oscar-nominated actor been seen at Stamford Bridge in recent years – the home ground of Chelsea – but he is in fact a fan of Chelsea’s London rivals Arsenal.
During Euro 2016, in spite of the fact that he was born in London, Cumberbatch was also seen supporting the Wales national football team, on the set of BBC show Sherlock whilst filming in Wales, as the Dragons shocked the footballing world and reached the semi-finals of the competition for the first time in their history.

Jamie Foxx has proudly declared himself as a Gooner, as Arsenal launched their new away and third kits at an event in Los Angeles back in 2016.
The Hollywood superstar proudly exclaimed, “I am a Gooner”, before Santi Cazorla, Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal revealed the Gunners’ new strips in front of a baying audience in the US.
British actor Idris Elba is one of the famous Arsenal fans. The actor confirmed this in a tweet in 2014, when asked the same question by a fan.

Elba also featured in a promotional video for Adidas revealing the new Arsenal kit at the start of the 2019/20 season.
