Inter to increase offer in bid to seal Eriksen deal

Inter are reportedly "confident" finally to seal the deal for Tottenham's Christian Eriksen. The Serie A side intend to sign the 27-year-old till the end of the month. On Monday, Inter sporting director Piero Ausilio has confirmed an official bid had been lodged with the Spurs. Nerazzurri could finally sign Eriksen when increase the proposal to €15million (£12.8m) plus add-ons, and the Guardian suggests Tottenham will soon have another offer after Jose Mourinho's side rejected to sell the midfielder with a €10m (£8.5m) sum. The Danish professional is also linked with Manchester United and due to become a free agent at the end of the season.
