Pep Guardiola has shared high praise for Kevin De Bruyne, claiming Manchester City star "made an incredible effort" in the Manchester derby. City celebrated a 4 - 1 win over the rivals, while after the match, Guardiola opened up on De Bruyne's performance. "A little bit [of an injury concern] there, but not a problem.
