Porto goalkeeper Iker Casillas has said that he would be delighted to return to the Spain and opened the door on a reunion with Real Madrid.
"I think I did the right thing," Casillas told Movistar+. "I think had I continued at Real Madrid, my time there would've ended worse than it did. If Spain call me up, would I go back? I'd be delighted to. If Madrid called me? Of course, I can't forget where I grew up."
Casillas made over 700 appearances for Madrid and won five La Liga titles and three Champions League trophies during his time at the Bernabeu.
