"I think I can say that": Jose Mourinho rules out playing Tottenham man for next two games

Jose Mourinho has revealed he would be "very, very surprised" if Erik Lamela plays for Tottenham this week. Lamela had to miss Spurs' last two Premier League matches due to a calf issue, while now it seems he is set to be out of action for the upcoming two fixtures against Ludogorets and Chelsea. “Not this week,” said Mourinho. “Not this week. Not tomorrow [Thursday] and not on Sunday. I think I can say that. “I will be very, very surprised if he managed to play Sunday. So, I will say not this week.” The Lilywhites are set to face their Europa League rivals, Ludogorets, tonight, then they will play Chelsea at the weekend.
