Antonio Conte has rejected an offer from Newcastle United as he is waiting for Manchester United's proposal. The former Chelsea manager is currently without a job since leaving Inter Milan in May, and has been linked to both United and Newcastle recently, with Old Trafford links growing in recent days. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is under pressure following his team's 4-2 loss to Leicester City. According to claims from Italy, Conte is not interested in joining the Tyneside club.

The Red Devils still have to face Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester City in the league and Atalanta twice in the Champions League.
