AFC Bournemouth winger, who is currently on loan from Liverpool has thanked Frank Lampard for helping him into a Premier League star.
Wilson played under Lampard at Derby on loan Last season and scored 18 goals.
He has since netted six times for the Cherries and has ex-England ace Lampard in his sights this weekend when they visit Stamford Bridge.
Welsh international Wilson, 22, said: “
I still keep in contact with Frank Lampard, I owe him a lot. He was fantastic for me last season in probably the most important one in my career so far, the one where I played regular football. To play under a legend like him, he taught me a lot so I owe him a lot. It’s great to see him doing so well at Chelsea now.”
