Gerard Pique has revealed he has spoken to Neymar about the Brazilian’s potential return to Barcelona.
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain have an outlined price set over the transfer of Neymar, but negotiations continue over the terms of the deal.
Neymar swapped the Nou Camp for the Parc des Princes two years ago in a world-record transfer for a fee in the region of £200million.
The Brazilian reportedly feels remorse at quitting the La Liga champions back in the summer of 2017 and he is now dreaming of wearing red and blue again and lining up alongside Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Antoine Griezmann in the attack.
Pique told the
Daily Express: "
We have spoken yeah. But obviously it is a private conversation. I don't know. It is pretty difficult to know. I know that the club are working very hard to get him. It is not easy, he is not a player of Barcelona right now. I can just say let's see what happens in the next week. Let's see if he comes back."
