Steven Gerrard and Frank Lampard think Gareth Bale will leave Real Madrid after he stayed on the bench during the Champions League semifinals against Bayern Munich.
Zinedine Zidane made 3 substitutions and left Welshman without minutes to play.
Frank Lampard said they were only talking about Bale and suggested that he will leave the capital city of Spain.
“When they make such substitutions and give chance to youth, you see that the team is doing changes” Lampard said meaning that Bale’s role in Real Madrid is almost over.
“You see Benzema going into the pitch before him (Bale) and doing nothing.” Gerrard added.
29-year-old star is linked with a return to Premier League with Manchester United and Liverpool being favourites to sign him.
