Gabriel sends a message to Granit Xhaka after Switzerland knock France out to each quarter-finals

  Gabriel has taken to Instagram to send a message to Granit Xhaka following Switzerland's win over France in the EURO round of 16. Switzerland faced France on Monday and celebrated a 5-4 on penalties victory over the current World Champions as the game ended in a 3-3 draw. It was Switzerland who opened the scoring at the 15th minute as Haris Seferovic scored. Later in the game, they were handed a chance to double the lead, however, Ricardo Rodriguez's penalty was saved by Hugo Lloris. Seconds later Karim Benzema scored a double while Paul Pogba scored France's third goal. Minutes later Seferovic scored Switzerland's second goal, while Mario Gavranovic equalized at the 90th minute and took to the game to the extra time. The game was decided on penalties and with Kylian Mbappe missing the 5th, Switzerland qualified for the next round.
