Gabriel Jesus shared a picture of himself training with the Manchester City squad as he nears a return to first-team action. The Brazilian striker has been out of action since the first game against Wolves back in September. Jesus declared himself "happy to be back" as he looks to make Pep Guardiola's matchday squads for Olympiakos and Liverpool. City have dearly missed the presence of Jesus upfront. The manager admitted after the 1-0 win over Sheffield United on Saturday that the team are not scoring enough goals. Brazil national team boss Tite has enough confidence that Jesus will be fit for their fixtures with Venezuela and Uruguay in a fortnight to include him in the squad. Guardiola has indicated that the player is close to making a return.
