Gabriel Jesus and two other Manchester City stars may enter Lionel Messi swap deal

Gabriel Jesus and two other Manchester City stars could be included in a swap deal for Lionel Messi,  according to SPORT in Catalonia. Barcelona legend has revealed his intention of leaving the Catalan giants after his 20-year-old spell at the club. Messi has been linked with the move to a number of clubs, including City where the 33-year-old could be reunited with his former manager, Pep Guardiola. The latter is also eager to see the Argentine international playing at Etihad. And amid the transfer links, the report claims Barcelona have eyed Jesus as their new number 9 and replacement to Luis Suarez who was told by the new coach, Ronald Koeman, to quit the Spanish giants during the summer transfer window. Two other City players are also likely to be included in a swap deal should Messi decide to join the Premier League side. Messi believes he can utilize a clause in his deal which allows him to leave the club at the end of each season. However, he could face Barcelona challenging the clause in the courts if needed and point their belief that this option expired on May 30.
