Five Chelsea players could miss the club's upcoming Premier League match against Leicester City.
Thomas Tuchel's side are set to face the Foxes on matchday 4 in the domestic top tier on August 27, 2022.
The Blues are now sitting in 12th place in the league table following their shocking defeat to Leeds United at the weekend. The club are now facing an injury crisis as two of the key players, N'Golo Kante and Mateo Kovacic, will be ruled out of the squad for Saturday. Armando Broja is also doubtful to be available due to unknown fitness issues.
The newcomer Kalidou Koulibaly will miss the next meeting after receiving two yellow cards during the Leeds game. As for Marcos Alonso, he is close to finalizing his move to La Liga side Barcelona.
