Daily Star released the list of FIFA 19 players, whose rankings have decreased since last year. Top 10 players with decreased rankings are as follows

3. Matteo Darmian Manchester United – from 80 to 76
4. Adrien Silva – Leicester City from 83 to 79
5. Morgan Schneiderlin – Everton - from 83 to 79
6. Petr Cech – Arsenal – from 86 to 82
7. Zlatan Ibrahimovic – LA Galaxy – from 88 to 85
8. Arjen Robben – Bayern Munich - from 88 to 85
9. David Luiz – Chelsea - from 86 to 83
10. Gary Cahill – Chelsea – from 84 to 81
