Everton chasing 25-year-old midfielder, bid reportedly on the table

Everton have reportedly made an offer to AC Milan's Franck Kessie ahead of his contract expiry. According to Sport Witness, Kessie has turned down Milan's extension offer and decided to leave San Siro in the summer. The Toffees have reportedly offered pre-contract terms to the Ivorian midfielder, although the player is still unconvinced.
