"Very, very good signing"- Darren Bent makes a thrilling claim about Tottenham player

Darren Bent has claimed that Giovanni Lo Celso was a such good signing for Tottenham and he is yet to show his best at the club. The 23-year-old midfielder signed a permanent contract with Spurs last week, after having played at the club since the summer of 2019 (on loan from Real Betis). In an interview with Football Insider, former Spurs and England striker has said, that keeping Lo Celso on board was an important deal and that he has got a lot more to offer going forward. “I thought Lo Celso was a very, very good signing,” Bent said. “He’s shown signs, and especially with Christian Eriksen going, you need a lot of creativity in your team and I think Lo Celso, once he gets up to speed because I think he’s still been a bit of a bit-part player, as soon as he gets up to speed he is very, very good. “I think that was a good signing.”  The Argentine has lately established himself as a mainstay in the starting XI under Jose Mourinho, despite struggling for regular first-team game time this season due to injury and form. He has made 21 appearances for Tottenham this season so far and have netted twice. Source- Football Insider
