REVEALED: What text message Real sent to Mourinho after Man United axe

Jose Mourinho was sacked from Real Madrid after miserable start to the season. After the Portuguese’ axe Real Madrid have been in contact with sacked boss but not for bringing him back to the Bernabeu. According to Madrid-based newspaper Marca, the only communication between the two parties thus far has been to send messages of sympathy. There has been no discussion over a possible return as club directors believe Mourinho left a shadow hanging over the Bernebeu when he left in 2013. Meanwhie, Mourinho's former assistant Steve Clarke does not believe the 55-year-old will be short of offers. "I'm sure he won't be short of offers, that's for sure," Kilmarnock boss Clarke, who was Mourinho's assistant during Chelsea's league title wins in 2005 and 2006, told Sky Sports . "He'll look at the market in the future and I'm pretty sure one of the top clubs in Europe will come calling soon and offer him another job. He's a serial winner."
