According to
The Sun, Manchester United have agreed a world record £80million fee with Leicester City for Harry Maguire.
The deal will make him the most expensive centre-half in the world football becoming even more valuable than Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk when he joined the Reds in a £75m in January 2018.
United attempted to sign Maguire last summer following his World Cup heroics with England, but Leicester held firm.
With a fee now agreed, however, the player is set to undergo a medical in Manchester on Monday, before linking up with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first team squad.
