The Best FIFA Awards 2022: Nominees and winners
Kevin De Bruyne and Ruben Dias have been both named in the FIFA FIFPRO MEN’s WORLD 11. The FIFA Best Awards took place on January 17 at 19:00 CET in Zurich, Switzerland. Along with the Manchester City duo, Chelsea's N'Golo Kante and Jorginho as well as Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo were also included in the World XI. Here is the XI in full: Donnarumma; Dias, Bonucci, Alaba; N’Golo Kante, Jorginho, Kevin De Bruyne; Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski, Erling Haaland, Cristiano Ronaldo. Reacting on being named in the Men's FIFA FIFPro World XI, De Bruyne said via Manchester City official website: "It’s always nice to be recognised and to have some of my Manchester City teammates in there means we did well as individuals but also as a team. They help me to become the best player I can be."
While Dias said via Manchester City official website: "It’s a sign of respect for the work I’ve done... It’s important that you do, and you forget, and you want more.
