Manchester United captain, Harry Maguire is optimistic that they can defeat Sevilla in quarter final’s second leg if “they give everything.”
On Thursday, Erik ten Hag's side were robbed off their victory due to two own goals and made a draw with Sevilla.
Maguire acknowledged that the team did a good job for the most part and had some unlucky moments that led to the draw. But he still believes they could make a comeback in the return leg.
"I felt we defended pretty well, showed good spirit and good character and it looked like we were going to see the game out. And then something really unfortunate happened and we ended up drawing the game 2-2, but it's all still to play for next week,” said the English defender, via TribalFootball.
On April 20, United will travel to Sevilla to face their Europa League rivals for a concluding game.
