<p>Giannis Antetokounmpo has taken to Twitter to send a message following Milwaukee Bucks&#39; win over Toronto Raptors.</p>

<p>Bucks are currently 1st in Eastern Conference with 51-20 run. They celebrated a 118-111 win over Raptors on Sunday.</p>

<p>Giannis recorded 22 points, 13 rebounds and 10 assists in 36 minutes.</p>

<p>Taking to Twitter, the 28-year-old wrote: &quot;Back on track.&quot;</p>
