Gareth Bale has opened up about his future at Tottenham amid Real Madrid return talks. The 31-year-old returned to Spurs this summer on a loan transfer from Real and is expected to return to Spanish capital by the end of the current season. Speaking ahead of Wales matches for the World Cup qualifiers, Bale said: “I still have a year left at Real Madrid Madrid. My plan is to go back at Real, as I came to Spurs to play football, but into the Euros I wanted to be match fit. The plan was only to do a season at Spurs.”
