Fabrizio Romano has reported, that Arsenal and Manchester City have reached a full verbal agreement on Gabriel Jesus
After a new meeteing today, both sides have almost completed the deal of the player with a guaranteed £45m fee.
The Gunners are now working on personal terms with the Brazilian's camp and the final step will be done very soon.
