Fabrizio Romano claims Arsenal have personal terms agreed with midfielder

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano claims Arsenal already have personal term agreed with Albert Sambi Lokonga. The 21-year-old haas long been linked with the Gunners, and now it seems that the deal is almost done. According to Romano, personal terms are already agreed and €17.5m + €4.5m add ons offered, however future sale percentage is still to be discussed. Lokonga is also not present at Anderlecht’s training camp ahead of pre-season.
