Erik ten Hag has provided a positive update on Christian Eriksen's fitness ahead of the club's upcoming match against Brentford.
The Red Devils will be hoping to return to their winning ways when they face the Bees in the Premier League on Wednesday.
Ahead of the midweek's game, Ten Hag met the media to share the latest team news. Speaking about Eriksen, the manager confirmed the midfielder is back at training, though will not be available to play against Thomas Frank's side.
“Not for tomorrow but he's returning on the pitch — he’s returning into team training today, so we have to see now how quickly he can make the progress,” Ten Hag said in the pre-match press conference.
