Chelsea boss Frank Lampard warned three stars 'not good enough' after Sheffield United shock

Micah Richards has warned Frank Lampard that his options at centre-back are simply not good enough for the club's ambitions moving forwards as they played their part in Chelsea's defeat at Bramall Lane. The Blues conceded three goals to their fellow European hopefuls and could drop out of the top four on Monday night if Manchester United and Leicester both record victories. According to former England international Richards, Lampard should consider offloading all three considering they're struggling to keep opponents at bay. "Christensen, Zouma and Rudiger, I'm not one to criticise players but for the level they want to go to, they're not good enough at this moment in time," Richards told Sky Sports. "They brought on Rudiger in the second half to sure things up and he ended up costing a goal. I can understand Frank's frustration there." Source: express
