Biggest spending football clubs from 2010 to 2019. Liverpool are ninth

As the summer transfer window is officially closed CIES, the football observatory centre dedicated to statistics, has published a list of the top 20 teams in terms of spending since 2010. We have separated top 10 spenders list which is topped by Manchester City. Premier League winners have spent € 1.638 billion on transfers since 2010, while Champions League winners Liverpool are 9th as they have spent € 1.075 billion.
