Arsenal have reportedly joined the race to secure the signing of Real Madrid forward Marco Asensio as a free agent in the upcoming summer window.
The Gunners are looking to strengthen their attacking options in order to enhance their depth and challenge for titles in the next season.
Spain international has made 30 appearances for Los Blancos this season, started less than half of those matches while scoring nine goals and assisting six in La Liga.
The 27-year-old is thinking of departing from Santiago Bernabeu following his contract expiry at the end of the season.
However, according to Nacional (via Now Arsenal) the North Londoners appear to be the most likely destination winger with facing competition from other European giants including AC Milan, PSG as well as Premier League rival Aston Villa.
