Arsenal chief Edu faced with transfer swap proposal from Inter Milan

  Arsenal are reportedly looking at the possibility of bringing in Inter Milan flop and former Tottenham star Christian Eriksen. And the possibility of a swap deal remains on the cards. The Denmark international has struggled for play time since arriving in Italy January of this year, making 37 appearances in all competitions. According to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Arsenal are one of the clubs looking into the possibility of bringing Eriksen in during the January transfer window. The Italian publication adds that Arsenal are the only real viable option for Eriksen. With the playmaker looking to gain regular playing time ahead of next summer's Euros then the Emirates could be just what he needs. It is likely that Inter Milan will only sanction a loan with a buy clause attached or a swap loan. It has also been suggested that the Serie A side would be keen on Granit Xhaka in return.
