"If anyone can get the best out of Bale, it's Mourinho", says Paul Robinson

Former Tottenham goalkeeper Paul Robinson thinks Jose Mourinho is the right manager to get the best out of Gareth Bale amis ongoing transfer talks. The Wales international continues to be critisized playing for Catalan giants Real Madrid, while Tottenham face hard times due to Harry Kane's long term injury and Christian Eriksen's transfer to Inter. Robinson believes the former Spurs striker's re-signing would "ignite" the club. He told Football Insider: "I think if anyone can get the best out of Gareth Bale, it’s Jose Mourinho. Losing Christian Eriksen, losing that little bit of creativity, that edge he’s brought to the side in the last however many seasons that he’s been there, I think a signing like Gareth Bale would really ignite the place again. It would really give the fans a huge boost."
