Lucas Torreira has attracted attention from Serie a giants ac Milan.
The 23-year-old joined Arsenal from Sampdoria last summer and featured in 34 matches, scoring twice while also providing a pair of assists.
However, AC Milan has been linked with a bid to take the 23-year-old back to Serie A after his former Sampdoria boss Marco Giampolo took over at the San Siro.
Arsenal will hardly consider Milan’s interest, though Giampolo is a huge fan of his former player.
Yet Torreira, one of the best players for Arsenal last term, has admitted he is missing the lifestyle in Italy - and is not impressed with the weather in the UK.
Speaking to Uruguay outlet Ovacion
when asked if he savoured living in England, he explained: "I don’t know if there are many things that I enjoy.
"I think it was better in Italy. England is a totally different world, a very large country."
"The language [barrier] has stopped me, to be able to relate with my team-mates and with the people. It is very difficult when you can’t have dialogue.
"And so is the climate. You go out in the morning and it is cloudy, you arrive late to your home and it is cloudy.
"It is strange a little bit, the sun, the more of us that we are here and we are accustomed to having always or almost always the sun. But as the years pass, I’m going to be adapting."
