Arsenal are set to offer new contracts to Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette. Talks are expected to take place this summer over the pair, who have combined scored 50 goals and 21 assists in all competitions. Aubameyang is out of contract in two years whilst Lacaette is tied to the club until 2022. Aubameyang won the Premier League Golden Boot last season after scoring 20 goals, sharing the prize with Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane of Liverpool. In 65 appearances since joining Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund he has scored 41 times. Arsenal could now raise Aubameyang wage to keep him at the club. The same is true for Lacazette, who has been linked with a move to China. Despite interest from elsewhere Lacazette has publicly expressed his commitment to Arsenal. "If the club is really happy with me and I'm happy, I will stay," he told the London Evening Standard last month. "In France, they say 27, 28 is one of the best ages in your career. "I wish it is not the last [good season] at Arsenal and I hope I will be better and better in the next years."
