Emma Raducanu is reportedly set to appoint Torben Beltz as her new coach.
The 18-year-old has been without a permanent coach since parting ways with Andrew Richardson after her US Open win in September.
As per The Telegraph, Raducanu is now close to appointing German coach Beltz, who has previously worked with former world No.1 Angelique Kerber.
Kerber achieved the world No.1 spot under Beltz and also won both the Australian and US Open in 2016.
Speaking earlier this week the teenager hinted a new appointment was close but she didn’t want to name anyone.
