Eden Hazard's number at Real Madrid has been revealed

Eden Hazard made his switch from Chelsea to Real Madrid during this summer's transfer window. La Liga giants paid £130 million for Hazard, finally ending over a year of speculation. Now Real Madrid fans are excited to find out which number the 28-year-old will take. He wore number 10 at Chelsea, which at Real Madrid is occupied by Luka Modric. However, Hazard revealed during his presentation that he won't be taking number 10. "I asked Modric if he would give me the number 10," Hazard joked at the presentation. "But he said no. I'll have to look for another number but that isn't important at the moment, it's playing in this jersey with this crest on it."  It is believed that the star will wear Cristiano Ronaldo's number 7 which is currently in use by Mariano. As reported by AS, Adidas are not selling Mariano jerseys with number 7 in the stores around the Bernabéu and they are selling Hazard shirts with no number for the moment.
