Chelsea star Eden Hazard has been long linked with a move to Real Madrid and it seems like this summer he will finally join Los Blancos. Some say that the Europa League final against Arsenal is his last game in a Chelsea kit.

Mirror, Eden Hazard wants his future to be resolved on June 4th. However the clubs haven't come to an agreement yet as Real Madrid so far have offered £86million and Chelsea are looking for something closer to £112million.
But it is also believed that he has told his friends that he wants the deal to be done before he joins Belgium squad for their Euro 2020 qualifiers with Kazakhstan on June 8 and Scotland on June 11.
